What is the best way for a user without shell access to remove an address
from their auto-whitelist?

I have a couple of users that receive an email from a friend that ends up
getting a really high spam score. Then all subsiquent email from that
person is given a large AWL score and tagged as spam. The address can be
removed from the auto-whitelist with spamassassin -R but most of these
users have no idea how to log into a unix machine. Im looking for ideas
to automate the manipulation of the auto-whitelist for users without shell
access.

  Thanks
    Brent
