Taking a quick look at this list just now, I come to the conclusion that it
shouldn't be gratuitously trusted below the 10th percentile.

Down at that level I find
    co.uk            (almost everything in the UK)
    ebay.com    (privacy policies mailings, signed up for)
    yahoo.com    (mostly groups.yahoo.com/local/spamguard.html)

geocities.com is also in there, but it is not clear to me if these are false
in all cases, or might be spamvertized sites in possibly more than a few
cases.

most of them medz sites.  It would be mildly interesting to know how many of
these track back to a single spammer somewhere!


I suggest the plugin should be able to determine not only the site name
being on the list, but whether this state is trustworthy; ie, it is not in
the bottom 10% of the current listings.  Of course that could be filtered on
the server, and simply not hand out an acknoledgement for low-ranking sites.
