The report isn't incorrect, just out-of-date (a technicality I know -
but I'm known for being pedantic), you could *try* asking them to
re-test your IP, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Get a better ISP - NTL really, really, really suck.

I can personally vouch for Nildram, but this ISP good-bad-ugly
discussion is better off on a related forum (adslguide.org.uk is your
friend if you live this side of the pond)

Contact your ISP - I'd advise you to email them, you might actually get
someone who knows something. Although, having said that, we're talking
about NTL... (see above)
