Agreed, with one caveat -- if you increase your required hits threshold,
AND IF your Bayes system is well trained and accurate, then you also want
to increase the scores for BAYES_90 and BAYES_99 accordingly.

If you use bunches and bunches of custom rules, and your non-spam scores
are creeping up, you may also want to decrease (make more negative) the
BAYES_10 and BAYES_01 scores (though I haven't found that to be necessary
here).
