Hi
you don't need to include them, if you put them in the same dir as the local.cf (or ~/.spamassassin if you are doing this purely for 1 single user), restarting spamd/MailScanner/Amavis-new.. will cause the files to be used.
make sure that the user that runs the spamassassin check programs has read access to files!
