Move spam to folder

I see documentation that says you can detect spam and move it to another folder for the user, but I don't see how to do it.  Any help would be appreciated.  I am using Spam Assassin 2.63 with Qmail (NetQmail) 1.05 and vpopmail.   Patrick Liechty
