As you stated before you can just create a rule that does a subject match and assign it a negative value. Take a look at some of the stock rules and then tweak from there. There is also a site that has a generator for subject headers but I don't have it. Try the wiki (http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/). Hope that helps. Gary Smith

For example, I want all email containing the subject line "Your Reservation has been confirmed" to be delivered regardless of SA score. Is there an easy way to do this? I've searched, but have come up empty so far. Maybe I could write a rule that would reduce the SA score by a certain level if the subject line contains the desired string? Anyways I'm stumped... Jon
