I'm goin' on testing my filter system and now I want to make some stathistics, especially cpu-time and real-time usage.
Well, tryed with bogofilter and, for scanning 1600+ mail it takes only 1 minute an some seconds. For comparison I'm trying to make SA only do the lexical controls without reverse and rbl querys.
So, in my local.cf:
use_bayes 1
skip_rbl_checks 1
...but the times are very slow! for the same things of bogofilter, SA has taken 88 min! I think in this way I've not disabled each dns query, because I can't explain a so long processing time (and the CPU idle was > 80% of course).
Can someone show me which rules make a dns query or do something require some kind of net interrupt?
