The following may be useful: http://www.sdsc.edu/~jeff/spam/Blacklists_Compared.html Don't know anything about web interfaces for them, but an RBL is just a DNS zone file with the host name as the domain to block or the IP address to block in reversed octet order. If you can set up DNS, then you can set up an RBL. Setting up your own local RBL can be a very efficient way to do local blocking, scoring, etc. Perhaps someone could make a tool to create and manage local RBLs.
