filtering of porn Images.

Dear all,               I am using spamassassin and had installed rpm version of it.Well, I have found that it is not filtering the mails that contain porn images. How do I filter these ones too ? Anyway out for these ?               Suggestions are highly appreciated.     Thanking you   Binaya
