This isn't a SARE rule, but part of the SA distribution, found in
20_phrases.cf, scored in 2.62 or 2.63 (I'm not sure which scores I have
here):
> score DEAR_SOMETHING 1.611 1.157 2.164 2.299

Many people lower the score of this distribution rule, since many formal
and/or business emails will match this rule. We get customer emails and
resume submissions matching this rule all the time.

I haven't had to lower the score of this rule, only because I run with a
required-hits of 9.0. However, I have NOT increased this score of this
rule as I have with many others...
