SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS

SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS does not seem to handle international chars that well.
Got hit with the subject "�r du redo f�r sommaren?".
If it suppose to work like this - I have to change the score, an 3.9 score 
is really high.
