The spam got 24.0 points with a 5.0 threshold? It's not worth looking into, really. It's been caught. Time is much more well-spent working on those specific spam that have a score of less than 5.0. Now, if you want to submit some rules against 3.0, some of those might be worth including in SA proper and might help in the case where network/bayes is not turned on (and that spam could be missed in 3.0, I don't know because you didn't include the original spam).
