Nope.  Not enough information.  To solve a problem like this you need to
forward the message as an attachment, so we can see the headers and
figure it out.

One possibility:  The email is being scanned by SpamAssassin twice,
perhaps once on two different systems.  First scan with a 5.0 threshold
flags it as spam.  Second scan gives 5.5 of 5.7, but it's already too
late.
