Question on rulesemporium.com rules

Hi,
With the rules listed on rulesemporium.com like 70_sare_adult and
bigevil (instructions for that one are listed in it) and some of the
others, do I just dump them in the /etc/mail/spamassassin/ directory
along with local.cf and spamassassin will automagically find them? 
That's all bigevil says to do and it's working.. is that all I do with
the others as well?
