Struggling with MySQL through PHPMyAdmin

I hope this hasn't been beaten to death, but I'm having a very hard time 
with the SQL setup for Spamassassin.

I want to use domain-wide settings, and really customize just 2 options: 
sa_delete and sa_reject.  I'd really appreicate if anyone could help me in 
setting this up through PHPMyAdmin.  In short, I want to set up for all 
email addresses at domain.com.

I create the database userpref
This is literally how I entered the information in PHPMyAdmin, for:

I know this isn't the best way, so I've decided to attach a screen capture 
of it, because these settings are just not working.

If anyone could help me out - like if these aren't the correct values I 
should be putting in there, what are - I'd really appreciate it.
