Yeah, if you're running as root, and you have a site-wide bayes config
which also lets users do their own config (aka: it switches users from
root to the user,) then you need 0777 so people can write to the journal
and the bayes db.

If you don't allow users to do their own config/you're not running as
root, the process won't switch UID, so 0600 as the spamd user is fine.

Same as every other UNIX daemon... :)
