These are all well known windows virus features.  Take a look over one of the anti-virus software vendor's sites to get the details.  I have been receiving mainly Netsky.P for quite some time now and they have similar features.

Try running an AV scanner over incoming mail.  I am running Amavisd-new with a virus scanner that gets rid of most viruses for me before they hit the inboxes.  If you are an individual then you can get free licenses, with updates, from several Linux AV sepcialists.  Some people recommend ClamAV, I'm using the H+BEDV (www.hbedv.com) one and have found it reliable.
