In the documentation you have
skip_rbl_checks { 0 | 1 } (default: 0)
By default, SpamAssassin will run RBL checks. If your ISP
already does this for you, set this to 1
Ours is set to 0 so presumably it is doing rbl check. Where do you tell
SA which rbl's to use? Is there a config file for this or are they hard
coded in?
