Essentially, an alternate way of whitelisting said address before
receiving any mail from it.  I don't have any stats on whether AWL is
more process/memory-efficient than whitelist_from, but I would guess
that it's slightly faster and less memory-intense.

It also (IIRC) forces the stored AWL score for that address to -100 - I
vaguely recall doing that in desperation trying to get an irregular
mailing list to make it through SA.

I'd rather have such an option available should I suddenly need it, than
to not have it available and have to waste an hour or two figuring out
how to do the same operation myself.
