Try doing a "sa-learn --dump magic" to see the state of your
Bayes meta-data.
In particular, look at the 'oldest atime' and 'newest atime'
values to see if you got hit with some spam from the far past
or the far future. If the oldest/newest atimes get too far
from the current time they can throw off the expiry process and
possibly mess up your token population.
