Is there something built in that enables me to do this, or has anyone monkey'd around with SA and figured this out?

Built into SA? No.. that's impossible.

SA cannot quarantine, delete, forward, redirect, or do anything to the email at all besides edit it's content.

Why? because SA is a simple filter, and doesn't have control of the message envelope. Deletion, quarantine, etc needs to be a function of a higher level tool that's calling SA.

That said, SA does have features to make it easy to do this at higher levels.

You can use the stars-based "X-Spam-Level" header to get procmail, or whatever tool you use, to discard messages with at least 20 *'s in that header.. Very easy.
