Hi,
I am running SA 2.63 on a redhat 7.3 box with qmail-scanner 1.21. It seems to be working most of the time, but check out this header, this mail was not tagged. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe you've whitelisted your mail address as it is in the From field:-

If you run the message through spamassassin -D -t what does it say and which rules are giving the score?
