Yes, that's happened from time to time, but that's not the explanation
here.
1) Tripwire is stable and working and not being changed. It's still on
the site, unchanged from April 2.
2) antidrug and Stearns' uri blacklist are not pulled from the
rulesemporium.com site, but from other systems instead. I just checked
antidrug, and it's there, at the URL in the original message, unchanged
since rev 0.65 04/28/2004
My guess is that there's something strange going on with the requesting
system.
