Considering the fact that smileycentral is spyware that people are dumb enough to install *on purpose*, and the fact that it puts web bugs in the outgoing messages besides, I'd not consider it a false positive.
If you insist on allowing it, you'll have to look at the scores that are being assigned to those messages and zero out some rules.
Smileycentral, Incredimail, all that kind of 'email enhancing' crap should be kill-on-sight whenever you come across it.
