If you are talking about "Im A. Spammer" by FirstMLast type of addresses,
the rule below will do it for you. That said, I've been seeing *very* few
of these recently. Like Paris Hilton, something that seems to have mostly
disappeared into the night.
Note this rule has a really low score, since it WILL hit on real users,
including a number on this list. Of course it also hits on fake spam names
too, so it was worthwhile for a while there.
