I am trying test my spamassasin/postfix/maildrop setup but there is no filtering. I think there is a config ****************************

Is there a reason you have the asterisk before YES? Here is the line I use in my mailfilter file and it has been working for a couple years.
if ( /^X-Spam-Flag: YES$/ )
