I don't believe in BLs since DNS lookups can become rather costly
when the network backbone goes patooie. I like the checks all on
the one underpowered machine I have. Even though it has close to
72 seconds average to process mail it tends to bunch up. There seems
to be a race condition with IPOP3 and OE that results in duplicate
deliveries of email left on the server for a couple days. (That way
if I am travelling I can pick up email while it is also captured
locally for "insurance".)
