The above is likely a serious contributor to your problem. Why aren't any of the mail relays trusted?

Perhaps you should look into setting trusted_networks manually. Make sure SA trusts your mailservers.


I found my problem... I still had amavisd set to only do local tests with spamassassin... I'd changed the config file & missed the error message when copying it out to the actual servers... Doh!...

Works fine now...

Oh... Those un-trusted servers... The IP's aren't mine... The test was being done remotely from the sending...
