about the same number of tests as me..
replace the bigevil, blacklist-uri and blacklist with the surbl.org uri-rbls. Those rules were a major performance hit on my system and the surbl.org versions are much nicer cpu wise.
There's also a generic mr_wiggly type one that came out a few days ago, so I'd replace that as well.
