When running SA via sendmail+milter, the SA 'rewrite_subject' setting
is meaningless. The message is passed on a one-way trip from sendmail
via milter to SA, it is -NOT- passed back.
The SA score results are passed back to the milter and the MILTER is
responsible for all changes (new headers, re-written headers, etc) to
the message.
So your question should be: "What do I need to do to make 'spammilter'
rewrite the subject in detected spam".
I use miltrassassin and know how to make it jump thru hoops but
cannot help you with spammilter.
You need to find people who use 'spammilter' and check with them.
