Yep, the site belongs to some rightist Movement agitating against the 
upcoming german imigration law.
Any Germans round here that received similar mails? According to

this should be easy to take legal action against the person responsible.

Yes, I'm getting hits on things like this:
NO_REAL_NAME, PRIORITY_NO_NAME, RCVD_IN_CBL, RCVD_IN_SBL
or  RCVD_IN_SORBS
