Each message in Outlook (Express) can be exported in EML format, so each message can be submitted to sa-learn.
If you have tons of messages to learn from then you might: get an IMAP mailbox, copy there all spams and through webmail (IMP) export the complete folder. Submit the folder file to sa-learn with the -mbox (check the man!) option.
Does this make any sense?
