I'd start by removing external tests in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and
then restart amavis/sa.

Once your queues have cleared, I'd re-add external tests (RBLS, pyzor,
razor, DCC, etc.) to see if you can find your problem.

One other place to look is your postfix configuration.  Are you blocking
anything that requires DNS lookups via main.cf?  You might want to remove
this restriction (ex: reject_unknown_sender_domain) and then reload postfix
as well.
