Holy cow, that's a lot of files. The easy way is to upgrade to 3.0.0-pre1 and add them back in one at a time as needed and if needed. Some of those rules are included in 3.0.0-pre1, so I wouldn't advise mixing the two without further investigation of your own or advice from others.
