I think that those things are managed by amavis_new.
This is in the configuration file declared as parameter
$sa_spam_subject_tag and amavis_new is then calling SA
with this subject_tag.
When I am calling "spamassassin -t -D < sample-spam.txt",
I see that spamassassin is changing those lines. But I
think that amavis_new is working together with "spamd":
