Thanks for your kind answer. I solved this problem using like this.
I set like below at /etc/procmailrc and all works well I guess.
:0fw | /usr/bin/spamc -u $USER

generally most procmail sorts use spamc -u and pass the recipient name in.. (I'm pretty sure this is $1 to procmail scripts, but I'm no expert here)
