My local.cf says:
skip_rbl_tests  1
use_dcc         0
use_razor1      0
use_razor2      0
use_pyzor       0

But the rules still matching bayes+net.

amavisd is calling the SpamAssassin module, I don't know a way to pass this 
parameter.
