If the sysadmin
whitelisted that address, you can use unwhitelist_from. See http://spamassassin.apache.org/doc/Mail_SpamAssassin_Conf.html
Other guess would be the
AWL, try using spamassassin --remove-addr-from-whitelist=addr.

my etc/mail/SpamAssassin/whitelist.cf file. It scores them as expected. My
problem is removing a sender (yahoo) from that list. I have ( # ) out the
sender....no luck, I have deleted the line ...no luck. The yahoo domain is not
whitelisted, other yahoo mail is being filtered fine.
Is the whitelist cached somehow? How can permanently remove a sender from
the whitelist?
