Bah! I've emailed the coder of the rate limit function but no response. I'm trying to hack the php code now. Sorry. It would help if I had a clue about php coding :)
I've temporarily removed the rate limit, but can't get the work around for the rules.htm page to work. I'm not sure what is up with RDJ. I shouldn't have messed that up.
