More accurately, add blacklist rules that tell SA "Mail with a From:
address matching {address} will get 100 points added to the spam score".

You can also add whitelist/blacklist entries to
~/.spamassassin/user_prefs for per-user whitelisting or blacklisting.

If you want something like that, you'll have to find a tool that does
so, or hack on together yourself.  SpamAssassin is JUST a filter;  it
makes a determination "Spam/Not-Spam" based on the rulesets and Bayes
results.  Whitelist and blacklist entries are considered rules, and if
you want to customise them you have to do that outside of SA.
