How to Override Score

Hi,
How can I tell spamassassin to override all the scores on a .cf file 
like this one at 
http://www.stearns.org/sa-blacklist/sa-blacklist.current.uri.cf

I wanted to do something like this on my local.cf
score   WLS_URI_OPT_*   10
