Things were just fine, until this "rate-limiting" came into effect. Now I cannot get updates, and this has been since the "feature" was implemented. I run the updates from a CRON job (different times for each server) only once a day now from twice a day before. This change was made last week and I still cannot get updates. How can I get these updates to startup again??
