I suppose that's possible, though I'm sure any errors would also
be corrected quickly.  I can't say for sure since I don't use
them myself.  On the other hand, the folks who develop those
rules do presumably use them themselves first and should be able
to prevent bugs.

One nice thing about SURBLs is that they're just plain domain
names.  The programs and rules to use them are small and
invariant.  It's possible for a good domain to get added
wrongly to SURBLs, but we try to keep them out, and the
worst that would happen is that some messages could get tagged
falsely.  So the scope of potential problems is arguably smaller
with SURBLs.
