If you are running blacklist.cf, don't.  It's a huge memory hog and
was replaced by bigevil.cf, but that, too, has grown way out of
usability.  Go to

and follow the directions for SA 2.6.3.  Then punt blacklist*.cf and
bigevil.cf and restart spamd.
