Trying to use VIRUS_WARNING with SA 3 results in:
Lint output: warning: description for VIRUS_WARNING251 is over 50 chars
warning: description for VIRUS_WARNING326 is over 50 chars
warning: description for VIRUS_WARNING308 is over 50 chars
warning: description for VIRUS_WARNING63A is over 50 chars
[lots more]
I've received 10 or 12 of these fake bounces today, so thought I'd try installing the ruleset.
Is there an updated VIRUS_WARNINGS set for 3.0? the file itself is only about 12 days old:
Version line: # bogus-virus-warnings.cf version 1.140 (2004-07-14)
I looked at the file to see if there was anything I could do quickly to get the errors to go away, but nothing obvious jumped at me.

You should be able to shorten the descriptions of each test I think, as iirc SA3 mandates shorter test names/descriptions so the score report stays under 80 columns.

I figured that, even tried to shorten them, but there are some other errors that I'm not sure I can fix easily, like

warning: rule 'VIRUS_WARNING_MIMEDEFANG' is over 22 chars

If I go in and start changing rule names that will involve quite a bit more work.

And, it will all get blown away the next time RDJ runs...

Is anyone still maintaining this and working on making it SA3 compliant?
