no, this has nothing to do with an NotesAgent! Because they do consume a lot system resources and are really slow. This was the reason, why i started to implement it as extension manager into Domino server!
The mentioned bulletin forum has some detailed graphics which explain this more!
There will absolutely no need to customize the mail template. Only if you want the user enable function or in next release the DSCLearner task. This is also mentioned in the bulletin forum under general discussion.
