If you are sending spam, then it's possibly because your policies and
processes have resulted in your sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE) and
it will most likely be flagged as spam in numerous ways that you really
can't avoid.  When sites have false positive problems, it's usually due
to (a) bad policies, (b) very broken software, or (c) using spammer
techniques to avoid filters like SA.  Sometimes, it's (d) bad luck due
to residing on a spammer network, using a email marketing firm that
sends spam, etc.
