You forgot something.. you've got the entire default ruleset that comes with spamassassin in /usr/share/spamassassin/*.cf. There's a LOT of rules there, and the others you mentioned are strictly add-ons to that.


Sidenote: avoid editing the files in /usr/share/spamassassin, they get obliterated and replaced during upgrades. Apply local customizations to your local.cf.

Advice: always run spamassassin --lint after editing any configfile. If you use spamd, restart it after editing anything other than a user_prefs file.
