Installing 2.64 fails due to razor test

Hello,

we are just trying to upgrade from SA 2.63 to 2.64 in CPAN, but we keep getting the following error while testing:

t/razor2....................    Not found: spam =  Listed in Razor2
# Failed test 1 in t/SATest.pm at line 419
t/razor2....................NOK 1

Note: this may not be an SpamAssassin bug, as Razor tests can
fail due to problems with the Razor servers.

t/razor2....................FAILED test 1
        Failed 1/2 tests, 50.00% okay

However, razor seems to work perfectly fine with our current 2.63 installation.

Any clues? Would it be safe to force install?
